The key is movement. Not only will this movement help heal and strengthen your back, but it’ll also keep stiffness at bay.

Keep The Problem In Check
Once you’ve experienced back pain, you’ll always be prone to suffering from it again and again. It’s tempting to return to bad habits as soon as your back gets back to normal. Don’t. It’s crucial you take steps to stop the problem recurring.
