Your Biological Age
The difference between your Biological Age and your chronological age can be used as a guide in making new lifestyle choices to regain and maintain optimal health and well-being.
.
YOUR Biological Age Questionnaire
.
I’m sure you’ve seen older people in their 70s run a marathon and probably wondered how such a person manages to do that.
Or, on the other hand, you might have mistaken someone as being elderly when, in fact, they were only in their 40s?
What is it that makes one person appear to be much younger than his chronological age, and another person twice his chronological age?
The answer to this question lies in their BIOLOGICAL AGE.
.
What is ‘Biological Age’?
Quite simply, it’s a measure of your inner state of health. This inner state is influenced by your genetic make-up and your lifestyle choices, how you conduct your life on a daily basis.
.
The biological age is a very effective indicator of your ‘true’ age ~ it measures how well you are doing on a daily basis in its care and at the same time, it rates the damage (the knocks of life) your body has undergone in its life-time up to the present moment.
.
A good example would be car maintenance. A well-maintained car will keep going for a long time. However, the same car, if it is poorly maintained, will breakdown in a short space of time.
.
Similarly, your body requires you to maintain it properly to keep it in optimum health in order to support a long and healthy life.

How to Determine Your Biological Age
.
There are two ways to go about this.
.
The first way is taking an intensive laboratory test called a Biological Terrain Analysis (BTA). This is a thorough procedure that will analyse the key aspects of your health and gives a summary of these to determine your biological age.
.
The BTA requires you to undertake a 12-hour fast and analysis samples of your blood, urine and saliva. In addition, the BTA measures your body’s oxidative load, the pH (acid/alkaline) balance as well as the mineral content of these fluids.
.
The most important of these is the oxidative load as it has the most impact on determining your biological age.
.
.
Excuse me, but are you…rusting?
The most important thing a body needs is oxygen. It is vital for energy and life itself.
However, it is also a two-edged sword. Oxidation occurs when oxygen is uncontrolled. When in this state, it forms free radicals in your body.
What are free radicals?
They are chemically unstable molecules that cause tissue and organ damage. As an example, uncontrolled oxygen when combined with iron will form iron oxide, that is commonly known as rust.
While our bodies do not literally ‘rust’, these free radicals inside our bodies can damage it through similar chemical reactions.
.
.
The First Cause of ALL Diseases
This damage is actually the very first step that leads to the development of virtually EVERY and ALL chronic health problems and degenerative diseases.
.
Importantly, your body requires a proper pH (acid/alkaline) balance that is vital if it is to function properly. A pH imbalance can lead to digestive problem, energy production, cellular repair and immunity.
.
.
The Key to Staying Young
The proper control of your oxygen levels and the importance of achieving a proper pH (Acid / Alkaline) balance are the 2 cornerstones of keeping your biological age low.

YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE QUESTIONNAIRE
.
Your Biological Age Questionnaire here has been modelled after the Biological Terrain Analysis (BTA).
.
This questionnaire gives an inner profile of your body’s age. It measures the extent of any and all internal damage your body has accumulated and undergone in its life time.
.
In order to give an accurate measurement of your Biological Age, it is imperative that you answer each question as honestly and as accurately as possible. (No one needs to know except you…so don’t tell any one!)
.
This Biological Age Questionnaire is easy to follow. So go on, do it. Take the time and complete it.

.
The Biological Questionnaire here is divided into 6 sections:
- Chronological Age
- Dietary Choices
- Dietary Supplementation
- Daily Activities
- Medical History
- Stress
.
I urge you to take your time to do the questionnaire and to be as accurate as possible in your answers ~ the more accurate your answers, the more accurate your results.

Your Biological Age reflects your internal health as well as the lifestyle choices you’ve made that have affected your health today.
The difference between your Biological Age and your chronological age can be used as a guide in making new lifestyle choices to regain and maintain optimal health and well-being.
