A good recommendation is at least eight glasses of water every day. This is easily achieved if you carry a water bottle around with you.

Your urine should be somewhat clear or a light yellow, but never dark. If it’s very dark, then you need to step up your water intake to flush your system. Alternatively, this dark colour could be a sign of an underlying health problem.
