1. Kick that smoking habit

Therefore, it’s so important to quit the habit if you want to increase your chances of conceiving. You might as well quit the habit now as you shouldn’t smoke while you are expecting. If you do, you increase the chances of your baby having health problems. Ask your doctor for help cutting out the bad habit!
2. Go for acupuncture
You might have heard of acupuncture as a way to help relieve pain. But did you realise that it can help increase your chances of conceiving?
Acupuncture can help normalise your ovulation, so you find it easier to conceive. It relaxes your muscles thus improving the chances of a successfully conceiving.
Stress can delay your ability to get pregnant. There has been much research which has indicated positive results from using acupuncture.

3. Give up gluten

4. Take gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)
Add gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) to your diet if you want to increase your chances of conceiving. This nutrient increases your cervical mucus which can help you conceive.
As this article suggests, you can increase your intake of gamma-linolenic acid through supplements, or by eating foods which are high in the acid such as salmon and sardines.
Once you are pregnant, make sure you consume a nutrient-rich diet to help your baby. Foods such as avocados and mint can assist in ensuring you have an easy progress in your pregnancy, and deliver a healthy baby in nine months!
