4 Tips to Oozing Confidence!
We don’t have long to go, but we still have enough time to get our bodies ready in time for summer.

It’s not so much the art of preparing ourselves so that we are muscly, toned, super-slim or perfectly toned in time for when the warmer weather hits us.

It’s more a step towards accepting ourselves for who we are. It’s also to make sure that we are confident enough within our own bodies.

Then we can feed confident enough to take advantage of what’s on offer to us throughout the year.

This is a great life lesson to pass down to your children.

1. Eat Well
.
With summer comes an abundance of seasonal foods that you can indulge in. Local food markets will start popping up with things like strawberries, oranges and other such fruits. Buy local where possible.

If you have a vegetable patch in your garden or a mini-growing pot on your windowsill, you will notice that the sun brings out the best in fresh fruit and vegetables.

It’s your time to take advantage on this and really go to town on the superfoods which are available all around you (usually for a lot cheaper than at other times of the year!).
This will help you to feel immensely better within yourself, and is provides great bits for kids to snack on, too.

2. Hydrate Yourself Adequately
.
As the days begin to warm up, it’s vitally important that you drink enough to compensate for water lost through perspiration.

Eight glasses of water per day is the recommended quantity. And as far as water is concern, a big authority is Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. Water is so necessary to health, that when you don’t drink enough, you are target for almost all diseases from heart disease to cancer.

If you know that you are going to be outside for a while, make sure that you drink almost twice this amount to keep your body well hydrated.

Proper hydration helps with focus and concentration. It also helps as well to keep you energised throughout the day.

3. Exercise Regularly
.
There are so many things which are open and available to you in the summer in terms of exercise.

These would probably be things which you would rather not do in the winter months. And who can blame you?

Working out in the cold (especially if you’re swimming!) is something that most people would rather avoid.

If you are thinking about something that can be transferable across all seasons, consider buying an elliptical machine. These machines are easily moved to be worked on both outside and inside. It all depends on which one you choose.

You should be exercising for the endorphin release and getting your body to a good standard of fitness. Do not just focus on the looks that you will achieve at the end of it all.
If you don’t set yourself a goal for how you look, you won’t become too disheartened if you don’t achieve your target in the time you wanted.

4. Surround Yourself with Like-Minded Health-Conscious People
.
Summer is arguably the best season of all to get all of your friends together.
.
Meet for either a party, a sit down meal or just a relaxed hang out. Surround yourself with like-minded people to help you rev up a good mental state.

Give up on those negative, toxic people who have bad vibes and who you have to force yourself to be friends with. You really want to detox them out of your life.
