Invest in a good mattress and pillow, switch your phone off during the night and avoid looking at bright screens right before going to bed. Create a calming bed-time routine and stick to it. Going to bed and waking up at the same time will allow you to make the most of your sleep.

Good hygiene is important for your health and by maintaining it, you can avoid various diseases and infections.
Only when you’re healthy can you be truly happy, so do what’s necessary to improve your physical and mental well-being. Adopt some good habits and live your life to the fullest.
