You will also be able to write what you have planned within those days, such as social events. This will allow you to plan for those days where quitting will become even harder.
After Dinner Smoke
It is often everyone’s favorite. So why not change your routine so that you don’t sit there thinking about your craving.
Get up and do the dishes, or go for a walk. Anything that will take your mind off things
