Your nose is the entryway to your respiratory system. By reducing the amount of potential allergies in your environment, it will save your nose the bother of having to get rid of anything by making you sneeze!

There are many impurities in the air which your nose will pick up on. To protect your sinuses, keep a saline drop solution to hand, especially during the allergy season, when you have a cold, or if your nasal passages are dry. This solution will keep your nose clear.
